Discover Renewed Hope with Lifestream Integrative Healing Center
Holistic Healing for anxiety, trauma and more in Kirkwood
Lifestream Integrative Healing Center (LIHC), provides therapeutic services to those who have experienced the painful effects of trauma and other stressful life events. The latest research indicates that traditional talk therapy is useful but not always sufficient for resolving the effects of stress and trauma.
That’s why LIHC offers interventions such as Somatic Experiencing (SE), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) which can access the parts of the brain and autonomic nervous system that are primarily impacted by these experiences.

Get your life back into a flow
The name, "Lifestream" was chosen from the concept of the "stream of life" that Peter Levine refers to in Somatic Experiencing. When someone experiences a traumatic event, it can disrupt the flow of their life path.
Lifestream Integrative Healing Center offers holistic trauma treatment that helps individuals heal and return to the lives they were innately meant to have. Call us today to get started on the path toward the best version of you.
